JavaQ Seasoning was created in my kitchen at home in Montana.  One evening, I decided to coat the steaks we were preparing for the grill with fresh ground coffee. Smelling the steaks cooking reminded me of  morning around the campfire. The steaks were delicious. It felt like we had cooked the steaks over a campfire.

I decided to take it a bit further and added some additional spices like garlic, red pepper and so on.  Using the new seasoning on chicken and pork had fantastic results. Here in Montana you must have a special seasoning and recipe for wild game and this became the perfect choice. Soon after we were trying it on just about everything we ate - veggies, eggs, cottage cheese, chili, spaghetti sauce and on and on.   

It became my mission to perfect the new creation and share this unusual and creative flavor.  After many different blends of coffees and various spices (with lots of sampling), JavaQ Seasoning was created.  I am as excited about the marketing of this product as I am about creating it, because I know it is truly different.

It is my pleasure to introduce the unique flavor and aroma of the Northwest with this new seasoning sensation..  Enjoy…
